Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy is a technique where the body is exposed to extremely cold temperatures for several minutes. The individual will stand in an enclosed chamber or a small enclosure that surrounds their body but has an opening for their head at the top. The enclosure will drop to between negative 160–200°F. They’ll stay in the ultra-low temperature air for between two and three minutes. Immersing the body in these extreme temperatures produces a variety of health benefits, including the reduction of pain, nerve irritation, swelling, inflammation, arthritis, mood disorders and much more.

Localized Cryotherapy

Similar to whole body cryotherapy with the specific focus on one certain area. This technique is done using a cryoprobe to apply the cold temperature to the necessary area. The benefit of localized cryo is a much faster treatment to due the proximity of the probe. This technique is mainly used to speed up the recovery of an injury and can also help reduce cellulite.

Cryofacial

The main benefits of cryofacials are even skin tones, the reduction of acne, tighter and younger looking skin and the reduction of redness in the face. This technique leaves your feeling healthy and rejuvenated.

Compression Therapy

A technique that increases venous blood flow (circulation) and decreases venous blood volume (blood pooling.)
